5‑Year Craftsmanship Warranty

At Big Tim’s Timber & Hide, every piece is built by hand with real wood, real hide, and real pride. I stand behind my work, because I build it to last. That’s why every product I sell comes with a 5‑Year Craftsmanship Warranty.

What’s Covered

This warranty protects you against any craftsmanship or structural defects that show up during normal use within five years of purchase.

That includes things like:

• Stitching that comes loose

• Hardware installed incorrectly

• Glue joints or structural elements that fail

• Any workmanship issue that shouldn’t happen on a well‑made piece

If it’s something I should’ve caught or done better, I’ll make it right.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty doesn’t cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Accidents, drops, spills, or misuse

• Exposure to extreme conditions (water, heat, chemicals, etc.)

• Natural aging of leather or wood (patina, scratches, color changes)

These materials are meant to age with character — that’s part of their story.

How to Make a Claim

If something goes wrong, don't hesitate to reach out with:

• Your name

• A description of the issue

• A few clear photos

I’ll take a look, confirm it’s a craftsmanship issue, and repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
